Returns & Refunds
SP United offers a 30-day return policy with a money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you purchase a product and are not satisfied with it, you have 30 days to initiate a return. Please contact our Customer Service with your order number if you wish to make use of the 30-day money-back guarantee. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return Policy:
Not satisfied with an item and want to return it?

You can do so under our 30-day money-back guarantee if the item(s) are:
- in the original packaging
- unused
- undamaged
- in a resalable condition
Trying out the product may result in it being considered "used" and possibly returned in a condition that is no longer resalable. In such cases, you are liable for a loss in value — meaning we may not refund the full purchase price. This also applies if items are not returned at all or only partially. You can avoid being charged for any reduction in value by not using the product and avoiding anything that might impair its condition before deciding to return it.
To initiate a return, please submit a return form with your original order number and the reason for the return. We will let you know by email where to send the item(s). Unfortunately, SP United cannot cover return shipping costs.
Refunds:
Once we have received and inspected your returned item(s), we will send you an email to confirm that your return has been received. If the item(s) are in acceptable condition, a credit will be issued to your original payment method. It may take up to two weeks for the refund to appear on your bank statement.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
