Order Process
- We ship from Switzerland.
- We process orders within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Pre-ordered items are processed within 24 hours of arrival in stock.
- Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation at support(at)sp-connect.ch.
- If you need assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at support(at)sp-connect.ch. Once shipped, we are unable to make changes to your order.
- Please double-check that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect address information. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order amount (excluding shipping fees) and ask you to place your order again.
- Important: Please provide a delivery address where someone will definitely be present to receive the package — this does not have to be your home address!
- You will be notified by email if there are any issues or delays with your order. Please make sure you provide a valid and functional email address.
